The Gala Clown Club started in March 1979 and is still going from strength to strength, offering children up to 11 years of age, competitions, prizes and birthday listings.

HUNT THE GALA CLOWN
Once again we have our 'Hunt the Gala Clown' competition which is open to ALL children 11 years’ old and under and you DON'T need to be a member of the birthday club to enter.
A tiny picture of Gala Clown is hidden somewhere in this Roundabout. Find him, write your answer on a postcard with your name, age and address, and send it to me, Gala Clown, at Roundabout, Forest Road, New Ollerton, Newark, Notts. NG22 9PL, to reach me by 17th Ferbuary 2012.
The first correct entry picked out of the hat after that date will win £5.

The winner of the 'Hunt the Snowman' competition in the Dec/Jan issue of Roundabout was KATE LILLIMAN, age 8, of Walesby Lane, New Ollerton, who found Snowman on page 32 in the chef's hat.
